We serve the entire San Francisco Bay Area. The delivery fee will vary depending on the location of the event.
We can set up either indoor or outdoor. We have an umbrella on our stand to ensure we keep the snacks and ourselves cool. All we need is a clean, dry, flat and safe space to set up.
We will serve until product finishes (up to 2 hours) Our packages serve up to 40 people. If your party size is larger than that, there will be an additional fee.
We take tremendous pride in the cleanliness of the service we provide. Everything is served and prepared with gloves on. We wash all of our produce with organic fruit and veggie wash and we use Honest brand soap and disinfecting wipes for our snack stand. It's made out of a plant based biodegradable formula that's safe for babies and kills 99.9% of germs and bacteria.
We accept payments only through Venmo, Cash App or Zelle.
Please note that when booking with The Bite Bar, there is a non-refundable 50% deposit required.
We check the weather forecast leading up to your event and if it appears that rain or strong winds are in the forecast, we will reach out to you to discuss other options. If an alternate location can't be found, we will be able to reschedule and or/refund your deposit.
Please be aware that if you change the date or service time, a service fee may be charged.
Cancellations must be requested and confirmed at least seven (7) days prior to your event. Any balance already paid will be transferred towards a future reservation. Deposits are non refundable.
